Hi and welcome! You're in the right place! we have all been there and its hard to tell people that you're addicted. There is something called the Thomas recipe in the health pages (rt hand side) that can help with w/d. try to rtead through that and get some or all of the stuff. can you begin to taper?
I used vitamins, bananas, hot baths, and lots of gatorade (sugar free). Worst days were like days 3 and 4. by day 5 and 6 i was feelign somewhat human agian. Keep posting here. it'll keep you motivated and you'll get lots of good advice.
Hi, Please don't be embarrassed! Nobody knows who anybody really is on here. But most of us have been through, or are going through, what you're about to go through. I'm in the process of WDs, but was not on Vicodin as long as you. So far so good.
You might find much help from the Doctor who prescribed all of that for you?? Professional medical help will make you much more comfortable through the WDs of that much Vicodin. Asking a Doctor, for me, was a commitment to really stop using. If you indeed need to do this on your own, there are many folks on this site who will help you taper off. I went cold turkey, and I'm on day 21. You will live through this. On the other side, you'll find peace and freedom from opiates.
I found another informative site on the subject of WDs from Vicodin:

Best of luck.
