howe much is to much

I have end stage liver disease  cirrosis and naturally alcohol abuse is the first thing that comes mind at first my diagnosis was non alcoholic steohepatitis whatever that means I had hep c then developed cirrosis I would be lying if I said alcohol wasn;t involved in my history but no more i f I drink I die when i  was told not drink I quit and that was it no problem no withdrawels as with any disease it doesn't come without a price and because it's my liver I have a list of secondary diseases related to the cirrosis there are few druegs that T can safely take that are liver save one of the meds i take is oxycodoneI am alowed to take 4 15 ml, daily if needed sometimes I do sometimes I don't it is the safest liver safe pain med I can take mainly because it has no asparin my question is this If I stop today I may have 1-2 day's that I go through withdrawels and very minor I never take mor than prescribed and most days Itake less I have been taking pain me for nearly 10 years how can I figure out the tolerance I have to the drug after taking them for so long

Your tolerance level cannot really be "figured" out per se. The safest correlation to make is by lookin at the maximum dose you have taken or since you seem not to have abused then your average daily use and that's your level. I , for one, was up to 250mg a day of oxynorm just 11 days ago so I would imagine someone in my position going through a harder wd than say 30mg per day. But there is NO cut an dry scale to weigh it on. A question you could ask yourself is do you ever take the oxy and not feel better? How much is not enough?
