Try adding a cup of Epsom salts to the hot bath and soak. The magnesium in the salts will calm those legs. Also, try taking a cal/mag/zinc supplement. Calcium and magnesium. Be sure you're getting plenty of fluids, as well.
There's an OTC called Alteril. It works great for sleep and has all natural ingredients: tryptophan, melatonin, and valerian root. Give it a try and keep posting so we know how you are.
I'm sorry, I'm not feeling good tonight so I also forgot to mention to read the hot bath part with epsom salts...it will explain why that helps a lot with RLS. I can't answer how long the RLS will last until you tell us how much and how long you've been taking. It is different for everyone but tends to be worse with longer usage and higher usage. Okay hun....check the top of your page...you should have a message from me there. Please, please read the warnings and keep posting. Let us know your symptoms AS you get them....for now definitely read over what works for the leg syndrome. That should help you quite a bit.

Can you tell us how much hydrocodone you were taking per day and for how long? That will help us give you more complete information on what can help you.
I will send you a PM with some suggestions BUT I suggest that you ignore everything on the list except for the RLS suggestions (Restless Leg Syndrome) until we have more complete information. Once we have more complete information folks who detoxed off the same medication will chime in and let you know what worked for them.
