yes i am having hydrocodone withdrawals and its been for a few days i am wondering if i should go to the doctor.and could withdrawals hurt me?

i feel very dizzy light headed and i have been on the for a bout 1 -2 years. i have to switch doctors to get them.i have not found a doctor yet.
If you don't have any underlining health issues such heart problem, diabetes and the like- withdrawals will not be life threatening just very uncomfortable. It takes 4-5 days to get over the acute stage and at that point you will start feeling better. Sleep and energy take longer and the time it takes depends on length of use and size of your addiction. If you give us a little more information we can be a little more specific.
