i drink syrup named Cosome cough syrup (for cough and cold 120 ml )

my question is this, i drink syrup named Cosome cough syrup (for cough and cold 120 ml ) in a day, This syrup ingredients are such as

Each 5ml

contains : 1: Dextromethorphan hydrobromide            USP............ 10mg

2: Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride                          USP.............. 30mg

3: chlorpheniramine maleate                                  USP....................... 2mg


i am addict of it and drinking for 7 years kindly suggest me the solution

this is cosome cough syrup Manufactured by merck quetta pakistan.  dont buy it. Its not gud for cough

cosome is the worst choice of syrub if u having cough. it increses ur problem by making u more cough. i throw it away only after taking 3 doses. how *** ur drinking it like pepsi.? stop it 1 day u will become a Tb patient

The syrup has DMX as it's first ingredient.  Maybe you can get some help there as well as you read it.  It is here:

      Keeping weening down 1 day at a time.  You may need help, do you have any friends you can trust, or a Dr. may help if the withdrawals become to much for you.    Just hang in there you will make it if you want to bad enough.

Try weaning yourself (taper) off from the full 120ml a day. Taking a little bit less each day until you're down to zero.
