Welcome, come on in the waters fine. Are you just not wanting the wd's or are you treating pain? Also, have you done blood work to determine if you have liver or kidney damage from long term narcotic use? Do you want to stop or have to? I know questions, questions, info gets better answers, there are some very knowledgable people here that want to help, as always, good luck and good health.

Have you tried discussing other options for pain releif with your doctor? If it has been that long and depending on the amount you may be more comfortable doing a taper.
