Check out the amino acid protocol. It can be found in the health pages in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It lists a bunch of vitamins and supplements to aid with withdrawal. For energy L-Tyrosine along with B vitamins for absorption can help. I would also throw in some protein shakes in the mix.
