hang in there.  yes it is hard but you are doing.  one minute at a time.  you only have to get through this minute to make it to the next.  keep on keepin on.

Can you throw yourself into something? dose anything need fixed, built or moved  even organized it will help to keep your mind and body moving, it will pass time and take your mind off how you feel.. Hell scrub walls if nothing else you can do this...

I know the feeling sucks more than anything else in the world, but if you go get more you are just putting off the inevitable.  Please post soon to let us know what you decided to do.  Even if you couldnt take and relapsed, it helps to post.  I know because I have done the same exact thing.  At least staying on this forum will feed the part of you that wants to stay clean.
