Many people don't sleep regularly for a while. (I'm the poster child for this at four mos. plus) I'd ask you a couple of things. Are you drinking caffeine? Have you tried exercising regularly earlier in the day? Do you keep the TV, etc. on when you try to sleep? Have you tried multiple B vitamins, Liquid plant-based Melatonin, GABA, 'Natural Calm' or 5-HTP?
i dont drink coffee. i will try your other sugustions thanks for your imput
