31 Days

Today is 31 days for me.  Thank you God and thank all of you at MH.  I don't post much but I read ALOT of the posts.  Aftercare is next on my list.

Thank you EVERYONE for your well wishes.

I'm working on after care as I realize how important it is.  I'm such a loner but I cannot do this by myself.  I get myself in trouble.  And I stay sick in my secrets.  I'm so tired of so many things and of doing the same things over and over and expecting them to turn out differently.  Thank goodness for MH and you wonderful people.

Hey congrads on 31 days thats the first big milestone go out and celebrate I do every time I get another 30 days you have worked hard for it and im happy to here of your success
nows the time to hook up with some sort of aftercare...weather it be N/A or A/A witch are free or a substance abuse conslor or therapist even a pastor at a local church can help
but get pluged into something you have to guard your clean time...good luck and God bless......Gnarly
