i take 1 ten mg lorcet a day for about 2 years how bad are the withdraws going to and how long

Hi and welcome~  The withdrawals may not be too bad. That's not much lorcet but two years is a long time.  I think the first 3 days will be the worst. It will feel like the flu. Just drink a lot of water and juices. Take multi vitamins and get some otc's for GI symptoms
and sleeplessness. Don't forget to eat well.  Start today!
