lyrica is the new age nuerontin..for nerve pain...is also an abused drug and not recommended for addicts but as a rule there is no physical wds...i did not like it as it made me feel like a lifeless zombie..my friend loves the stuff and takes it by the handfuls...also makes u gain weight rapidly and causes a heavy tongue when talking....not as safe of a drug as nuerontin but as prescribed he should be ok

I take it for spasmic pain. No addicting buzz to it, but it can make you sleepy.

my friend had back surgery and was prescribed to percocet for his back pain. Then he told me they gave him one day lyrica. He hated it. But still keep in mind he and I also were looking for that "buzz". Or  just google it and it will tell you all about it.

I believe its for pain. When I was addicted to percocet and ran out we tried Lyrica a bunch of times and it did nothing. Keep in mind we were looking for a high. Is he adddicted to any pain meds or anything like that?
