I went on an oxy30 run for a couple months off and on.down to about 90mg a day.last one was sat.took 6mg of sub Sunday,3mg mon,.5mg wed.I'm thinking I was gonna avoid wd's.but feelin some now.what di yaz think were I'm at?

HI......sub is not a way to beat withdrawals all your doing is putting off the inevitable sub was mad to be a program to get your life back together over a few months it puts your addiction on hold giving you time to work aftercare so you can stand on your own 2 feet when the time comes the minute you stop taking it within a few days the withdrawals will start my advise is just bit the bullet and get it over with good luck and God bless...........Gnarly

Subs do not eliminate w/d they are used to help addicts ween and give you time to think of a treatment plan that may work. You will still go through w/d when coming off subs. The detox and w/d from subs is usally worse then the doc you were taking before.

Hi Zbone.. Welcome back. sorry it is under these circumstances but glad you are back :) You I would say are at day 1 no avoiding wd unfortunately but becuase you tapered it may help.. Try to stay as busy as you can ok this will help alot.. stay hydrated. and try to eat well.. warm soaks will help also.. sleep may be difficult for awhile so try to tire yourself so that you can get it in naps till your serotonin/melatonin, endorphins all the good things we need to function working again.. drugs steal so much they even take from us what our bodies Need to Live... I hope you stick around for support and I'm very Happy for you that you are getting clean.. try to plug into some form of aftercare ok I know you have heard this before but every lil bit helps and Oh Yeah cut of your Supplier.. take care. lesa
