i have been taking hydrocodone 5/500 for almost three years andi go off them every summer and the only symptom i have ever had is a headache for a few days is this normal i take them for chronic pain

If that is the only symptom you have then you are fortunate. That being said yes you can have headaches. Just the fact you ingest that much Tylenol on a regular basis could be giving you some nasty rebound headaches. Not to mention you stoop taking pain killers so that too can be a symptom by itself.
