For starters, congrats on getting clean!  That's wonderful!  Are you taking part in any kind of aftercare, like AA/NA meetings?  Addiction counseling?  Be sure to do something, addiction never goes away, it needs managed and you always need to keep your guard up, especially with something so mentally addicting as cocaine!

Cocaine is a dangerous drug that does a lot of damage, some from the coke itself, and some from the toxic substances used to cut it.  I would recommend seeing your doctor and asking for an ENT referral.  While the damage cannot be undone, there's sometimes some options to minimize problems that the damage causes.

Best of luck to you!

My girlfriend had similar issues when she quit coke & crystal.
I don't know if during the drug use, these substances " quiet down" the histamines.       She has insurance. Eyes, ears & nose specialist has helped her the most. She's battled with constant infections too.
An at home remedy she's used is a tiny bit of salt dissolved in warm water. Inhale, then carefully blow back out into handkerchief.

I have heard of the bleeding but not your situation. Are u in a good position in ur life to have a Doc take a look? I know that your body is in rebellion & working hard to heal itself.  Your nerves, very important that you take care of yourself.  Damages most likely have occurred during all the time u spent "up". You really need an understanding Doc, there r certain meds for your nose n he/she could perhaps explain what's going on physically & emotionally. There r likely some OTC's at many pharmaceuticals. Ah, could u go to Privately owned pharmacy,  If they still exist. Some of them have just as much ,if not more knowledge n ask quietly about ur nasal problems. They used to mix up their own "recipes" for coughs etc. Its worth a try ya think? I can tell u r really suffering n hope u get solutions soon!
