out of gas...

out of gas is what i feel like,,,i take 80mg. of oxycontin at 8a, 2p, and 10pm,,,,i don't get high on them,,,never did, but my body is addicted to this ****....i tried in feb. and didn't take them for 10 days,,,then the rain came..jesus,,,i couldnt get out of bed,,i do have a legitamte reason to take them,,but miss a dose ...and boyo boy does your body know...i really want my life back...and suggestions...i've been taking them for about a year or a bit more....thanx

If you look to the right of the screen and see the Health Pages click on those...there is alot of helpful info in there regarding detox, wds, cold turkey etc. The Thomas Recipe is helpful for cold turkey...the Amino Acid Protocol is great as well.

Also for newbies there is a site navigation page in there to help you learn your way around the site and use all the trackers and stuff that help you with your recovery etc. It is a great community w/lots of info and support.

What do u mean , never detoxed? Do u mean. all that hipe natural stuff. I think eating healthy, not processed food, eating lots of fresh veggies and fruit, and less meat, and lot and lots of water and green tea would make your body cleanse. 4 yr, when I read that, my hope sunk to a low....

you're in for hell either you make sure you never run out
or detox hard now and maybe you can have your life back in
a year or so
today i realized why my "withdrawal" symptoms have been w/ me
for 4 years i never detoxed
