First off, I want to tell you that I am PROUD of you for tapering a drug that most including me could not do. Once you are done and clean from the drugs, you most definitely need aftercare. I think mtgoat laid out her situation that you do not want to repeat. Get yourself a good team of doctors/ therapists and ask, ask, ask all the questions you want answered. You have to be honest of your addiction with them. This is what I found to be the hardest part. A qualified group of professionals along with your desire to be clean should give you the answers you are longing for. I wish you the best in life and a healthy baby or babies. :)

well, detoxing off the oc's is the first step
stop with the oc's, set up a home taper plan or go into detox
nest you need a relaspe prevention plan, some type of recovery program
even if you get clean, and stay clean during your pregnancy, without a recovery program you will probably relaspe, and your baby will have a parent on oc's, and i will be the first to tell you, 3 10mg oc's is like doing 3 caps of herion a day, its a big high
i wish my kids have never seen me take pills, its one thing that i regret out of my active addiction, i do not wish you that guilt
because i detoxed and because i have a recovery program my kids have not had to deal with me high in over 4 yrs

I don't mean to offend you in anyway,  but are you frigging kidding me????        Talk to your  doc,  an addiction councelor, planned parenthood, NA, AA   any social service you can find.........quit the oxy first and foremost and then   for  whatever time the medical field thinks is  a safe waiting period ,  but to aid you in NOT using again,    and then think about having a baby.   That is the very least you owe your unborn child.
