peaks and valleys of wd??

so i stopped taking ultram 5 days ago... after 3 days i was feeling about 85% better and i was feeling SO INCREDIBLY POSITIVE. then yesterday and today i have started feeling worse again. is this normal? i have been through narcotic wd and it's very predictable for me... 3 days, then i was better, no going back to the crappy feeling. this "non-narcotic" BS is so much worse. any advice?

I have found the peaks and valleys to be there with narcotics (never taken tramadol).  I have been having good and bad times.  It is especially hard when the pain gets bad or stressful situations arise.  It will get better.  I just keep thinking back a year ago and wish I would have successfully quit then when I first tried.  Think of how good things would be now.  That day will come when all of us will look back and be thankful we got through these tough times.

ugh, you've got to be kidding me... i can't believe my doc prescribed me this **** to get me off norco because it's non-narcotic... seriously, norco wd is SO MUCH EASIER/FASTER, at least it was for me, and i was a long time user! i barely took tramadol for 1.5 weeks! i hope it gets better soon, i have a final next week and i cannot study...
