Hi Mominneed, Good advice you've gotten above on how to work with the symptoms as they appear. With 3 new months of using, you're at a point in your addiction where you can still stop on your own, although it will be tough at one point for 24 to 36 hours of full WD. You know, you've been through this before. (I went through it 3 times). You know If you sunk further down into your addiction, stopping will just get tougher and tougher.  As you get into full WD take it one hour at a time, one minute at a time. When it gets really rough get into a hot tub and soak (Epsome salts if you have them), you wouldn't believe how powerful but calming that soak can be. The RLS (I had both arms and legs restless) will become a thing of the past. This is all temporary. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.  You can do this!

Hey, I have some limited, years ago, experience with it.  It's not really any different than any opiate.  Stronger but they all seem strong when you don't have any!  They all cause the same exact symptoms.  The Imodium will help.  I am not going to say how to do it on an open forum, but you can definitely google it.  I would not OD on it or anything!  It's only going to help so much though.  Some of the symptoms will still be present even if you take it the way people explain.  Like I said, don't OD on it!  There are other things that help too.  Look up The Thomas Recipe.  It's got some info that's really helpful too, but this won't be a fun ride no matter what!  Just be prepared to feel rough for a few days.  It's totally doable though!  Hang in there.  I'm glad you're stopping!  At that dose, you're going to hurt yourself or worse if you don't stop.  Fentanyl is notorious for respiratory depression.  And for killing even people who have a tolerance.  So again, I'm really glad you're stopping!

Hey mominneed... I don't have any experience with the patch but I've heard it's a real bear.  There are others on here who understand this drug well and can give you best advice.  Just wanted to welcome you and bump this post up for visibility.

There is help here.
