sever pain in my left abdoman. i have all the symptoms. most sites ive visited had said the pain would be inmy right side. im a 35 year old female. kinda worried. would very much appreciate your input. thanks so much

go to the E.R. there are things they can do to help you early in APAP overdose but not later, the longer you wait the worse it is, google acetaminophen overdose, wikipedia, lots of info, its a horrible death, you start feeling better & think your ok then you get much worse.
