I just read some of your other posts  .I see you are 23 weeks  and have not told you doctor because you are afraid she will call cps thats actually backwards if you dont tell your obgyn and the baby is positive that when things can get complicated plz tell your doctor have her help you make a taper plan to get of of them.

What are you taking and for how long?  How pregnant are you?  W/d during pregnancy is not advised unless under a doctor's supervision.  Honesty with your OB is key.  Hippa laws protect you from the very thing you are worried about.  There is no testing for opiates in my state during labor and delivery because epidurals are opioids.  Your body in the throes of w/d will be worse for your baby than your using.  Good communication w/ your doc will probably lead to a slow/safe taper and detox after delivery before your milk comes in.  I've been where you are.  My son was and is healthy and fine.  10 apgar and all:)
