it can be done. it all starts with your willings to say im done with all of it. for me i had to let people and places go. i left a man i had dated for 5 years go because he did not want to quit every thing like me. take it one day at a time and keep busy for at least 30 days u will notice a difference in your mood and thoughts....at least i did. keep ur head up. i take it one day at a time and no matter how hard life my seem i do not have to pick up.
=^-^=
There it is.....TURMOIL....cant fix that concept in myself.....I drink when stressed....one to 5 drinks. my boyfriend drinks one drink and needs crack to ease the turmoil for 1-2 days...
we did the u dont drink i dont do crack thing..ONCE..i made it about 25 days (no drinking) and got shingles on my buttocks LOL...(better than the forhead actually LOL) first beer HE had (( well to be fair...I think he lasted a whole month...maybe even 2).....he was back at the crack factory....
Good luck to you sir. I might suggest that you seek to address the inner turmoil that urges you to escape. Easier said than done my friend, but if you can find it, it will help you.
You, I have a fantastic idea............................STOP DOING IT.
Well, that aside, which is important, do stop, there are no w/ds....There will be that urge to feel that good again, but you have to resist.
You see if you keep doing the crack, you will die...
The cravings are the worst part of crack withdrawal. That and completely building your brain back together. The only physical thing I've seen with crack addicts is the sores on their body from "picking", which can get infected. Surround yourself with a good support group..
W/Ds from Crack are 98% mental..............
N/A is a good place to start.......talking with an addiction counselor is another..........
Unfortuneatly there are no remedies to help get over a crack addiction. You will have to go through the withdrawls and cravings but it can be done.
Find yourself a good Support group and remember, it won't be easy but imagine the life and endless opportunities you'll have without this dependency holding you back.
Good lUck...keep me posted.
