Oh honey..... I'm sorry. It's OKAY though. Don't beat yourself up! Just do like before, maybe do a slow taper and quit! Relapse is very common. Again, don't beat yourself up...

Those pills dont have to enslave you anymore. Take a stand and take back your life. We are here to help you..........sara
Actually, realizing that has brought you further then you think. When we do realize we are powerless over our addiction is when we are on the right track towards actually quitting. You need to focus on your aftercare and support. These things are huge in recovery. I know its hard, but it can be done. So if you fall off, you try again. It took me a few tries to get it right, and tomorrow will be one year. If you need any help whatsoever..just ask.

Hang in there. I am on day 2 after I relapsed for 3 weeks. The only way to get where you want is to just start over. You are already almost there as you have written about your relapse and struggle. Most of the folks on this site who are clean have relpased, some many times. I have been dealing with my sobriety since september and it has not been easy. Just stick with it and feel positive that you are back on this site looking into getting back off the pills.
