I'm going to assume the last word is "placenta" I'm not here to judge or ask questions. You asked a question and hopefully I can help answer it. I don't know if your asking for yourself or a loved one...I guess it doesn't matter. I just want to say, if your asking for a loved one...please relate the information on how dangerous it is to use cocaine while pregnant. There is tons of published literature on it. Im posting a little clip that may address your original post, however...please read the whole article that's at the link below it.

"Cocaine is metabolized (converted to inactive forms) by the enzyme cholinesterase, which is decreased in many, but not all, pregnant women and in newborns. The inactive metabolites are excreted into the gastrointestinal tract and eliminated by the kidneys. As a result of the latter, evidence of the drug's presence in the body may be detected in the urine for 2-3 days after use by nonpregnant women and up to 10 days in newborns exposed prior to delivery."
