So i have found a song that is getting me through the hard times. i had 7 days off vics (taking 90 pills in a within 2 weeks) and was feeling pretty good when i found my self with another 90 grrrrrrrrr!!!!
now i am back to detoxing friday i had 2 vics and saturday i took a couple of 2mg dilutted. Suday no pills at all, i felt good, today is a little rough but not bad. this song i have played so many times within the last 2 days and it keeps giving me strength.
i hope you all don't mind reading some of the lyrics as i think it has been helpful and hope it may help someone else.

I'm so proud of myself.  I mean day 7.  I haven't gone this long without a pil in over 3 years.  This site is a god send and so is AA.  I called someone today just to talk and it helps.  I talk better than I type.  You can do it.  We all can.
