still not feeling good:(

Well I am about 60 days clean from tramadol and a week clean of fiorcet.  I am still feeling horrible.  My neck and back hurt terribly and I just overall feel bad. Has anyone had any experience with this type of withdrawal symptoms?  I read stories of 30 days clean and feeling great and it makes me feel like I may just need to go back to using.  I felt much better on the meds, but I know they are hurting me in the long run.  Any encouragement would be appreciated.   I have read a lot about opiate receptors in our brains and spine.  Could it be my body is just still healing?   Dont know how long I can take this.  I feel horrible.

I had neck and shoulder pains\ from tmj and some nasty headaches the exercise helped strengthen the muscles in my neck and shoulders I just took it easy at first.

I am sleeping very well thank god. I wake up and I feel like I have been beat by a baseball bat. The backache is horrible and it never stops through out the day.  I guess it the fiorcet making me feel this way. I tapered for 2 months before stopping completely, but guess there is no way to avoid the final withdrawals.  Thanks for your kind words.

Just keep taking it one day at a time. Things do get better and everyone is different so you cant go by what others experience. No matter how you look at it you are better off the meds than on them! Stay strong!!! This is do-able!!!
