I take 8mg subutex 3 times a day and 2mgs of klonopin 3 times a day for 5yrs. I've been on and off xanax and klonopin for the last 5 years just to change it up once in a while for my anxiety. But benzos are impossible for me stop taking, so props to you snowflake620!

I am currently on 2-4 mg daily. 32 mg is the MAXIMUM per day a person can take after the you run the risk to OD. WOW that's a lot. I to started on xanax 15 per month. They were gone in a week.  Since then I went to Herbal treatment for anxiety and sleep. Check out the health pages (top right) for information on Suboxone and all sorts of good information on Amino's, WD, PAWS, very good info. I was told by my Dr. to take 16mg a day and that was way to much. Try taking 8 or 4 mg twice a day if you have WD then try a little more into you are comfortable. 32mg is a lot. Good luck and all go over the info on Suboxone WD and tapering off. YOU CAN DO IT & SO CAN I.

also watch the xanax that can become very addictive over time as well as bad WD
