Seriously, when should i take my next sub?  I'm ready to quit.  I messed up.  The last time I used was at 5:30am.

How are you doing? Did you take the sub yet? If you are in w/d and then take sub. The w/d stops very quickly. Let us know, please.

Let u know how u did..seems as tho many wait 12 hours after heavy use to take them..it would seem that in the morning u would be feeling a bit out of sorts and it would be ok to use the sub..remember less is better and shorter verses longer is better...be safe...I am not sure 1 day of use will actually throw u into wds unless u had only ben quit a few days before u relapsed...take a small dose and play it by ear, more later if u need to...have a good day at work

West Coast, nice.  I don't want my advice to send into withdrawal, but if you can sleep tonight I would wake up a couple hours before work and take it then.  If not, you may have to take so you can get some sleep.  Whatever you do, make sure you relax and realize you've conquered this before and take it hour-by-hour and day-by-day.  Don't get overwhelmed, you can beat it!
