subutex detox

i am trying to detox from subutex without the aid of other drugs or doctors. i have done this before but the lack of sleep really does affect me. i have a week off work to try and do this but need some advice. can i take valium for a few days while detoxing to help with sleep without it prolonging the detox.

Get your doctor to call in some Trazadone. it not addictive like valium. You don't won't to have to detox off yet another drug. I took it for the first 2 weeks. It turns the lights out up stairs for me. I could get 5 to 6 hrs sleep. You don't wake up all groggy.
The first 48 hrs i slept 1.15 hrs. eating advil pm like 5 or 6 of them. Get
Some valerian tea or kava tea also. it helps, melatonin works too.

Is subutex same as suboxone?  I posted quested but no one is responding.  I am hwlpi8ng y friend who wend off suboxone & alcohal....we were doing fine (considering) but he has started having hallucinations...he is confrfusing what is happening and what he is dreaming....he refuses to go t the doctor.  I do not know what to do.  He hasn't slept.....do you think that cold be it?  Have you experienced this?  Good luck with yours....glad you are detoxing...whoever you are.
