tough day for everyone..keep it up guys!

I've noticed a lot of posts of people having really bad day and giving up. Please don't do it guys everyone has bad days and before you make the mistake and use at least sleep on it. If you feel the same in the morning fine I can't atop you there but don't make the same mistakes so many of us have. And I'm also worried about others on here posting that they are in a very bad place so Leta make sure we are giving there people support. They need us most now and I don't want anything bad to hppej to anyone. We are a family here and I care about everyone here like family. If you need to talk to someone I'm always up late pm me and I'm willing tl talk to you on the phone if you need it. I've done it with others. Be safe everyone

Hope everyone is having a better day today. Received a few phone calls last night from members here and I am always available again if anyone needs to talk. Sorry to those I could not get ahold of last night. Stay strong and hope you all have a great weekend. THe weather is beautiful out ill be on my boat! Life is good! Remember that!

I'm Day 9 and am woke up happy.. No bad news here.. A little up and down but thats the choice I chose when I returned to those little devil pills.  I pray for all of you having a bad day and I am thankful for you Addicted2Long....  Helping Helps not only you but me..  your friend and thank you.......
