can someone please help.. im scared for the first time :/
i dont know what to put it under, so i picked drugs? tablets a drug right?
anyways um i used to take to many tablets and today i snapped, i didnt take half as much as i used to but for some reason its scared me for the first time. its dolased, it says not to take more then 8 in a day, i took 8. i should be fine, right? im a 20 yo female, not under weight, about the right weight i think.

thanks everyone.. those were really assuring words.. im not sure why i was so scared.. but i was. i think thats a good sign though, they never used to scared me, so.. i guess thats a positive to take away.
you people are really nice to have replied, and you guys seem to have a nice little community thing going here, i read some forums and there is some nice encouragement, and supporting no horrible judgments and bad words..

Hi....don't let fear get in this! You don't have to be scared. You will feel bad for a few days, but it will be over soon. Just don't take anymore of it. There will be a few hard days, but it will be so worth it! : )
HI Welcome to the forum dolased contains paracetamol (TYLONOL)IT also contains
doxylamin succinate an anti histamine with strong sedative effects the 3rd thing is codeine phosphate thats the addictive part...im really suprized your not experiencing withdrawals cutting your dose in 1/2 this med is addictive regardless of how much your taking and you need to get off it if you just quit taking it you will have flu like symptoms for about 4 days
you can also taper off taking a little less every couple of days ....addiction dose not get better with time there will come a time that 8 pills dosent do it for you and you will gradually move your use up and as we addicts say you will spiral down this is something you want to get off your back b/4 you get any deeper into it your young you have you whole life in front of you dont go threw life living in a fog trust me you will miss out on a lot stick around read some of the posts and you will see what people have to go threw to get off this stuff it just ant worth it I wosh you all the luck in the world get clean now I only wish I dod when I was 20.............Gnarly

please relax & don't take anymore. obviously you should stick to the dosage. if you are continually taking more you have crossed the line. were you prescribed these? i found other threads about dolased. in the search at the top of the page type this:
