day 5 .the WORST part is no sleep. It starts messin with job. anyone got som ideas

thanks for the info. its been 9 years of 5 es vicidin a day. it's my choice to quit i'm sure my military doc would keep them coming if i asked

Congrats on 5 days.  That is great.  The sleep will come back.  Wish i could wave a magic wand but it does get better.  hang in there.           sara

I used Valerian root and melatonin Walmart or GMC carries it take 2 Valerian and 1 5mg melatonin right before a hot bath when done jump in bed.. That was my best shot as I would be able to get 5 hrs some nights. It will get better... Great going 5 days, on the downward slide now, good for you..

you are right on... the worst part is NO sleep...The only thing I can recommend is time...outside of sleeping pills...You will start feeling better soon...what was it that you were on?
