thankyou for the advice. knowing that there are so many other people going throught this makes me not so alone in this.
I am on day 27 and feeling good. There are good days and bad days. You just have to look to tomorrow. I started to feeling pretty good after about two weeks the cravings become less and less after that. Try to do some walking or something that takes a little effort and you will feel better.
