what's the best way to quit and im on my second day i feel kinda weird but i use to snort like at least 6-7 a day for like the past year and a half..any info would be helpful..thanks.

no it's been 2 days and now i am just dreading tomorrow my friend did have a Valium and i took it and some symptoms went away i hate Valium so i don;t got to worry about that ,my drug was vicodin and snorting it ,so just looking forward to finally getting off this crap and having my life back not worrying about the next pill..thank you all..

Great going on making 2 days you are probably in the worst time of w/d. You can try the Thomas Recipe minus the valium, I think its on the health page. I helped me through the nasties of w/d. Remeber to drink lots & lots of water, juices etc; Also I used melatonin for insomnia and it helped. If you use the melatonin make sure you take it about 15-30 minutes before you go to bed and the room is completly dark as it works best when its dark. Well I have been clean from methadone now for 1 year and a half after being on it for 3 years and let me tell you, nothing can be worse than that but what really helped me was melatonin which is also a very strong anti oxidant, which is really good for you, and in the eating department, I found that having a protein shake 2 times a day will help keeping up your energy if you can't eat. But trust me you will only feel worse if you don't get nutrition in there too and what ever you do DO NOT get on methadone. It was a huge mistake and I'll stay clean for the rest of my life if it means I never have to go thru that again. Good luck and just remember....One Day at a Time ;)
