Ok so today i contacted my psch dr and told her we found out i was pregnant she told me to stop the aderall which i had already and the clonazapam whuch i take 2 mg a day sometimes 3 for 2 years i questioned the safety of just stopping and she said i would be ok.. then contacted dr where the nurse jad her call me directly after telling her the length and amount (most of which she prescribed) of vics/percs she also told me to take no more i also told her i spent all weekend researching and main thing i got is i would prob miscarry just stopping this all.. she had no worries either.. i kinda thought they would say that just knowing them and now i am worried:( i want to be off all this but am i going to miscarry? Can the baby being this early withstand all this trama? I can get thru but im worried about the baby.. what next? I havent called my ob yet with my previous kids but he is going 2 say same thing he believes in just stopping meds.. i have been in w/d all day my last dose vics last night at 6 pm.. i have been trying to lay down a lot but my stomach hurts so bad and i have had NO appetite but have forced myself a couple times to eat something small and drink even tho it is no where close what i would be drinking

You need to see a different doctor. Get a second opinion. Its well documented that withdrawals can cause preterm labor and miscarriage. Many women are not let into detox facilities because they dont want to be held responsible for loss of the baby. I dont have any literature on benzo detox and miscarriage but I do on opiates. I do know benzo's should be tapered under doc supervision.

I didnt read your back story so Im not sure what all your dealing with. Just what you wrote above and what someone PM'd me. What is your OB saying? Sometimes OB's know how to deal with expecting mothers under pain management better than some pain management doc. Maybe consult with your OB about it. Anyways, heres some info below. I used to post the links where I got it from but have been warned against it and told I can only post the info...not the source so I hopefully you are computer savy enough to locate the source based on the info Im providing. Take the info to your doc so that cant look at you like your stupid. Good luck.

"If a mother stops using the drug "cold turkey," the fetus will then experience withdrawal symptoms in the womb, with may cause wide swings in the baby's blood level from intoxication to withdrawal, which often times leads to death and spontaneous abortion, premature birth, and other negative effects. The best thing for the mother to do would be to consult a health care provider or drug treatment center about a methadone program, which will be less harmful for the baby."

Standard Protocol

When a pregnant woman wants to detoxify from opiates or other opioids, the recognized standard of care, according to the National Health Institute, is methadone treatment while under a doctor's supervision. Methadone is not known to cause birth defects nor have any long-term affects on a baby. There are other medications available for opiate detoxification such, as Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone), or Subutex, (buprenorphine), but because they are "Pregnancy Category C" medications, meaning they are known to cause harmful and possibly fatal birth defects on a fetus, the are not recommended for use in detoxifying pregnant women.
s harmful for the baby."

Hi & Welcome.
It has been kind of slow lately as we wave in & out. There are a lot of people on here that can paste some great info on going c/t vs a taper or staying on your meds while PG.
I came off of Methadone, Klons and was adding the Adderral (I got off the streets) to my Dones and it was like snorting crank/meth..It was a very long and intense w/d. I am a long time user & drinker and went c/t at 56..Age, Health, How many drugs you come off of at once and how many MG you got up too play alot on this. NO-NO-NO should you even go c/t off of the Benzo let alone the Adderral & Opiates. Sometimes I get SO mad at the DRS who just do not get it. Your Brain/Body has to both get used to the drops or not having this med in you. The Heart will pump and that is what would scare me the worse in your condition. I am NO DR and I am not trying to scare you but I would maybe go talk with a Addiction DR. They will either help you taper a bit or just let you do your meds while PG..OR they could put you on the SUBS/SUBUTEX while PG..Do Not go on the Methadone. The Benzo has to be tapered. I did not know this and I really payed the price for going c/t off the benzo..I only did 1-2 mg late at night and not every single day..The pharmacist told me that my w/d going on for so long had a lot to do with the Benzo..YOU & the BABY do not need your Anxiety so high that you feel it is on the moon. You have to sleep and that one is a big one in a with draw.
I will PM someone on here so they can paste up the info for you..This will sure help you understand..Then you need to make the DRS understand this too. Keep in touch and I sure wish you the best. Please DO NOT let them pull you off all your meds while PG.
Bless
