what to take for energy,stress etc

Im wondering what supplements,vitamins etc I should get to help w/energy,anxiety/stress,sleeping... the things that I assume all of us want LOL.Been off lortabs now about 45days+.Thanks2this forum and all the support.I feel great compared to what I did but ironically taking up to 15of those evil things a day and I dont take any vitamins(silly huh).I honestly have no idea what to get.I wanna started getting back in to shape w/exercise&I know I need2find natural ways to boost energy as well as help w/my awful anxiety(had it for years was taking xanax for years but quit a last year)I take cymbalta for depression and works amazing4me.Anyway suggestions PLEASE.Also anything to assist w/sleeping so I dont have to take things like tylenol pm(wont drink tea though)&I.have gotten5hour energy drinks but want2find something maybe healtier.ALL SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED.Thanks so much

The b12 sublingual tablets are good for energy issues.  Melatonin great for sleep and I'm with vicki as I'd stay away from the 5 hour energy stuff too.  That kind of stuff will give you temporary energy but there's a crash afterwards so it's not worth it.

Healthy diet and exercise are best (boring answer I know, but it's true).  And congrats on the 45+ days!!!  :)

The number one: Exercise!  Walking,swimming,etc...It will really help. Don't take anything for sleep with the exception of Melatonin. Time is the healer here.

Be sure your diet is a good one. Take a multi vit daily with minerals. Stay away from the 5 hour energy junk!
