The b12 sublingual tablets are good for energy issues. Melatonin great for sleep and I'm with vicki as I'd stay away from the 5 hour energy stuff too. That kind of stuff will give you temporary energy but there's a crash afterwards so it's not worth it.
Healthy diet and exercise are best (boring answer I know, but it's true). And congrats on the 45+ days!!! :)
The number one: Exercise! Walking,swimming,etc...It will really help. Don't take anything for sleep with the exception of Melatonin. Time is the healer here.
Be sure your diet is a good one. Take a multi vit daily with minerals. Stay away from the 5 hour energy junk!
