I made it the big 30 days I cannot believe it every thing is starting to be ok :-) :-) I could not have done it without my beautiful wife,my awesome God,and ofcorse my MH family!!!!Thank you all...:-) :-) :-) My confidence is getting is coming back....

He y congrats on 30 days it is the first mile stone it is also a good idea to put some form of aftercare in place if your looking to make this your last time it is critical to do  for me I like N/A it has changed my life and will yours to even if you quit the pills your still a addict you have to change the very way you think and the 12 steps can do that for you google N/A meetings in your area .......Gnarly
