Yes, both of those help you sleep. I would try to stay away from them if you can. Ativan or valium is a lot better. Follow the Thomas Recipe to the right of this page, It tells you what to do about taking them during W/D.
Try to get some Melatonin or Valerian Root...both of those have a relazing quality and might also help you sleep.
Are you in W/D?
EVERYONE HERE IS RIGHT TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM KLONOPIN THEY ARE VERY ADDICTIVE, I AM FIGHTING A BATTLE RIGHT RIGHT NOW WITH KLONOPINS BUT I AM DETERMINED TO WIN, BENADRYL CAN HELP WITH SLEEP, SO PLEASE GIVE UP THE KLONOPIN BECAUSE THE MORE U USE IT , IT IS HARDER TO GET OFF OF. TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS
get ur sleep and hope it helps...try to get off of the benzos in a week or 2 and avoid the xanax if u can..valium is the safer to use than either..xanax is the most addictive/strongest benzo, then ativan, then klonopin...use caution and get ur sleep so u will be strong to fight the narcotic addiction..are u eercising or taking any supps? sometimes it helps..also otc meds/supps like benadryl, valerian, melatonin can help as well
ya ive necver used either one so maybe it wil help i just want to sleep
both r addicting but like gaguy said..klonopin is the better of the 2..and only short term...dont want to end up with another addiction...to help u thru in small doses should be fine as long as u have never had a prior issue with benzos..good luck
Stay away from xanax. It's short half life makes it quickly addicting. Klonopin is also addicting, but it's longer half life makes it more plausible for withdrawal symptoms. In other words, use the klonopin if you have it..but only for 5-7 days at most. And, try not to use it if you don't have to. You don't want a benzo addiction instead of an opiate one.
