withdrawls of hydrocodone after only four days?

So I have been taking venlafaxine (effexor) 150mg for 3 years now and bupropion (wellbutrin) 150mg for 3 months now and I recently had to go to surgery.I had an ovarian cyst that needed to be drained and my appendix taken out in the same operation. Anyways the doctors prescribed me with hydrocodone (vicodin) 5-325TB , ibuprofen 600mg and Doc-q-lace 100mg and I've taking the hydrocodone, ibuprofen, and doc-q-lace only about four times or less since my surgery on Monday (today is Sunday haha). But I was slowly getting small withdrawals on Wednesday and thursday and I stopped completely taking them on Friday and Saturday but on Friday I got a little bit f the sweats and Saturday I had like an extreme case of vertigo. At first when I was getting small case of vertigo and I thought that is was a side effect but then it got worse after I didn't take the pill 6 hours later.. My incision still hurts pretty bad but I think I would rather have that pain than the vertigo. I never stopped taking the venlafaxine or the bupropion. I'm just wondering how long this vertigo will go on for or what I can do to ease it/overcome it and what I should expect from the doctor. I'm feeling naseaus and I'm getting headaches now and I just feel really uncomfortable :(
Any help or understanding is greatly appreciated
Sorry for the whole life story but thank you for reading it anyways. :)

The above advice is awesome and I would only like to add: Unless you have had a problem with hydrocodone before, please go ahead and take for your pain as prescribed. The stories (including mine) that you read here are about people who abused the stuff in much higher quantities for months and usually years.

I agree with Atthebeach. Anytime I take a stool softener this is how it effects me I would advice you to stop taking the doc-q-lace and speak with your Dr. I get upset stomach headache and just feel off sick.. I wish you a speedy recovery. lesa

Hello and welcome. Serious Side effect of the doc-q-lace is extreme dizziness. Call your doctor.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.
