Chocolate

I can't stop eating chocolate or fatty food and it
Is Taking over my life. I have up to three chocolate bars a day! I am Anxious when I Eat food and it is very stressing. I am afraid that I might be unhealthy when I get older. How can I eat more healthily and stop myself from g in the cupboards for a snack all the time?

I think that you should talk to your parents about not making candy available in the house. Learning self control is a function of maturity and growing up, so sometimes you need help from adults around you to tell you no. It is very likely that you are going through a growing spurt and you need extra calories, but you need to make sure that those calories are healthy overall.  Are you getting enough vegetables, fruits, protein and fiber? Are you getting enough exercise? MedHelp.org does have an expert forum in Nutrition and Child Nutrition you may want to turn to. Good luck and stay healthy.
