Help can i go back to a pain clinic

Ok so i was on oxycodone for close to 2 years due to a drunk driver damaging my back. My relationship with my doctor was great until i stop going to him my family was worried that i was developing an addiction and they wr correct. Anyways i quit on my own i flushed my meds went to a center and been off them for almost two years. But at a huge cost my back problem never went away ive been going to work and then straight to bed thats it thats all i do ive gain so much wait now my back hurt even more and my weight has affected my ability to function this is no way to live im told by trainer he could help me lose weight but my back hurts way to much. So when i went back i told my doctor what had happened he treated me like a junky ive never felt so dirty . Anyways i need to go back and get on pain meds but this time for short time just enough to help me lose with my pain while i exercise . I realize i will always have pain but losing the weight and exercising will help me manage it better how do i go about getting on a pain management if i go to someone new would they take me ?

Opiates are not the only way to control your pain. If you go to any reputable pain clinic and ask for oxycodone, telling them that it is the only way to help you, they will undoubtedly treat you as a drug seeker, which you are not. You need to approach a good pain doctor with an open mind, tell them your history fully and completely, describe to them your goal as it is: to be able to loose weight, to exercise and to live drug free; them let the doctor create a treatment plan. This plan may or may not involve opiates. S/he may try other medications, physical therapy or other treatments. You must give them some leeway as to your treatment plan. If you do not trust a physician, find another one, but do not doctor shop until you find one that writes you a script for oxy. Good luck to you.
