Nose spray
For years I have struggled to breathe through my blocked nose and for a year I have been excessively using nasal decongestants as it is the only way I can breathe freely. Blowing my nose is something I do constantly although this has never helped in any way. I wake up often in the night needing the nose spray and my doctor has said I have got no allergies (I have been tested) and has not been of any help, it is so hard to put up with this as I feel constantly drained and can't last very long without needed more of the decongestant. Any ideas or help?
Okay thanks, I've been to the doctors 4 times about it but didn't refer me to an ENT and did nothing to help
