Your only on day 2!  Get through this and you will be on day 33 like me!  Tuff it out!  God does not give us more than we can handle!  Took me a long time to figure that one out!  You can do it!  I have faith in you!  I went to work 2 days in a row, one night 3 hours sleep and the next 1 hour!  I am a live and had 5 hours sleep last night and 8 the night before and 5 the night before.  I am still learning to sleep, but I have other big things going on in my life right now, like moving back to the West coast at the beginning of November.  Once I get settled there, I am sure I will get my head to settle.  It is best to not have so much going on in your life.  Keep your life simple as possible!  Makes anxiety less anxiety.  Make the least amount of changes in your life right now, until you get this!  Ok, I think I am done!  I can go on and on and on!

Take a xanax to help you sleep..you can get them from your doc baby. They work great for anxiety. You should already be over all the withdrawls after 2 weeks. So you may have another condition.Stay away from NA and crap like that.I'd get one on one counseling.Feel better baby.

good job.  One suggestion is visit in the addiction support group.  It is a pretty active group and hopefully you can get some ideas to help with the withdrawals.  It is here listed on the lower right of this page.  Addiction: Substance Abuse.
