Oxycontin VS. Codeine in a drug test

Do Oxy and Codeine show up the same in a drug test? I have one in a few days and I have a prescription for Tylenol 3 & 4 but I have been taking oxycontin. Thank you for your help!

I would beg to differ with the good doc on this one.  Oxy doesn't show on a typical 5 panel employment screen as an opiate.  A specific test needs to be done for Oxy.  Oxy is synthetic and that test is looking for morphine based opiates.
Now if it is a Tox Ten drug screen....different story.

It usually just shows up as general opiates. Good luck.
