I've been taking Risperdal 1mg for a month now what would happen if I stop taking them for a week and then start smoking weed
But can it affect me if I only take some hits if I'm not taking this pills for a week

Risperidal is a medication prescibed specificaly for bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, both of these conditions have been proven to be negatively affected by smoking cannabis. I would strongly advice you against such course of action and guide you to talk to your doctor/psychiatrist.
