Hi. Hope you are doing well.  I have to tell you that I was at that same dose for years then my whole life fell apart and I increased to about 20-25 of the 10mg pills a day. I never would have dreamed I would get so badly hooked.  Please stop while you are still at that level.   Please please please.  The addiction and craving only get worse and more consuming as you go on.  One 10mg pill for me does nothing, I have to take at least 5 or 6 at a time to feel anything. I burn through my Rx in 12 days then spend a fortune buying them..  But seriously, I used to take 30-40 mg a day and I thought that was bad. Now I would consider myself not addicted if I could live with that little of an amount.  You have nothing but emotional pain ahead of you if you keep up the pills. Get out now!!!!

In most cases you can try to titrate slowly. How much and how fast, every patient is different there is no set rule.
There is nothing to be ashamed of, you are aware of your problem and you are trying to get better. Usually the best way is having a doctor following your progress so they can help you if you need.
You are not taking that much and you can try slowly.

Wish all the best.
