Suboxone and pregnancy

Hello. My husband and I are trying to conceive our first child. We've just recently starting trying. I've read a lot about how suboxone can affect a mans sex drive, but my question is, will it also affect the ability to conceive? We both take between 2-8mg per day. It doesn't affect my sex drive, but it definitely affects his. Will this keep me from being able to get pregnant if I continue taking 2mg per day?

Thank you for that but my question wasn't concerning sex drive. I just made a statement that I've read that it does affect your sex drive and that it has affected his.  I also know the effects it can have on a child if you take it while pregnant.  my dosage is being lowered already to come off the medication completely. My question was how it will affect my chances of conceiving while still on the medication or does it?

I believe the biggest concern right now is not sex drive , but how Suboxone can affect the baby or the pregnancy. Suboxone is a class C medication meaning that it has not been shown to be safe or harmful in pregnancy.

This is from the Suboxone website:
Before taking SUBOXONE, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. If you become pregnant while taking SUBOXONE, alert your doctor immediately as there may be significant risks to you and your baby; your baby may have symptoms of withdrawal at birth. If you are pregnant or become pregnant while taking SUBOXONE, you should report it using the contact information provided below.*
Before taking SUBOXONE, talk to your doctor if you are breast-feeding or plan to breast-feed. SUBOXONE can pass into your milk and may harm the baby. Talk to your doctor about the best way to feed your baby if you take SUBOXONE. Breast-feeding is not recommended while taking SUBOXONE.
