If you read my previous answer carefully, you will see that I gave you careful instructions that include medications that will temper your withdrawal symptoms significantly.  Your other option is coming into our clinic and confidentially getting clean in a few days. I also provided the link to the clinic website where you can get more information. Our patients come to us on Tuesday morning and leave by Friday or Saturday morning tired and a bit restless, but clean and free of severe withdrawals. The usually can get back to work on Monday.
There is nothing I can tell you that will magically make withdrawal symptoms disappear.  Either you taper at home with my recommendations or you get help and call.  There is no magic potion. You are an intelligent man, however, somehow you got yourself into this pickle and now you got to get yourself out. The choices are there for you. The information is there for you. You can read all of my blogs with all the options and therapies available. All you have to do is make a commitment and stick with it.
