alcohol withdrawel

Help..I'm on day 2 from going cold turkey from heavy alcohol abuse. How long will the anxiosness n sweats last? I'm also suffering tremors

Thanks. I'm now on day3 And the tremors hav stopped. Still have the runs tho bt slept better last nite-took double my dose of mirtazapine and am drinking plenty of water and taking a multi vitamin. If I was to seek medical help it would take weeks in my area and I'm ready now. If I waited weeks for medical help my head may be in a different place so I thought best to seize the momment and go ct. The migraines are still bad tho, and will just have to wait and see bout the anxiousness when I need to face the world

You should be under doctor's care if you are withdrawing from alcohol.  This is one of the most dangerous withdrawals to your body.  Please turn to a medical facility in the area for help. You need benzos to prevent seizures, thiamine to make sure you don't have acute deficiency. Do not take this lightly. It will get better by itself, however what you are doing is safer done under medical supervision.

And also severe dioria and aggitation. I have 4 kids and need to b able to function. Please give me some advice..ps I'm british and can't buy prescription drugs and can't go to rehab xx
