what meds are given to help withdraw from crack

There aren't really drugs given for crack withdrawls because its not recognized as a physical addiction.
Perhaps diazepam or a Benzo would help with the "didge" but as a rule, there shouldn't be any physical affects.
I understand the cravings being a former addict myself, but there are no substitutes and if there are, it is HIGHLY doubtful you could have them prescribed.
Stay strong, think about the good things crack gives you, now think of the bad.... which wins? If you don't have enough negatives yet, are you really ready? (questions I had to ask myself) good luck, it won't be easy, surround yourself with loved ones!
